Signing of Memorandum of Understanding between CJCA and CCCNOCD
Mr. Mourad Medelci President of the Constitutional Council of Algeria, Vice President of the CJCA, mandated by the President Mr. Mogoeng, proceeded on August 27, 2018 in Astana – Kazakhstan, to the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Conference of African Constitutional Courts – CJCA and the Conference of Constitutional Control Bodies of Young Democracy Countries – CCCNOCD (Eastern and Central European Countries), currently chaired by the Constitutional Council of Kazakhstan.
This ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Moussa LARABA Permanent Secretary General of the CJCA.
