Resignation of the President of the C.C. of the R. D. Congo
In a correspondence dated Monday, July 13, referenced n ° 271 / CC / CAB-PRES / 07/2020, the acting president of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Funga Molima Mwata Evariste-Prince, transmitted to the President of the Republic Félix Tshisekedi the official report on the resignation of Benoît Lwamba Bindu, from his functions as president of the Constitutional Court and president of the Superior Council of Magistracy.
Pending the appointment of a new president, the interim will be provided by Mr. Funga Molima Mwata Evariste-Prince.
The Constitutional Court of DR Congo has been a founding member of the CJCA since 2011.
