PARTIAL RENEWAL OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL OF ALGERIA
The President of the Algerian Constitutional Council, Mourad Medelci, conducted 18 December 2013 with the installation of new Council members, following the expiration of the constitutional term of six (6) years of their predecessors.
This operation is falls within the framework of the “partial renewal of the nominative composition constitutionne The Council members are installed.:
- Boutkhil Brahim elected in respect of the Council of the Nation (Senate)
- Graoui Abdenour elected under the National People’s Assembly (Upper House)
- Balit Ismail, elected in respect of the Supreme Court.
