The members of the new Constitutional Court of Guinea takes the oath

 

9 members of the Constitutional Court were sworn in this Friday, April
3, 2015 at the Palais Sékhoutouréya before the President of the Republic
and the President of the National Assembly. This act marks the taking
office of the members of the highest courts of the country.

A mind that these members of the Constitutional Court were confirmed by
a decree of the President of the Republic dated March 30 2015.La
ceremony was attended by all the constituted bodies. Placed outside the
judiciary, the Constitutional Court has missions in constitutional,
electoral disputes, and the protection of fundamental rights and
freedoms, etc.
Composition of new member of the Constitutional Court of Guinea :

1. Mr. Fernand Sanoh Ahmed (Office of the National Assembly)

2– Amadou Diallo (Presidency of the Republic)

3– Madame Barry Rougui, Messrs. Thea Stopped, Sall Kelefa (judges)

4– Master Hussein Mohamed Mounir (lawyers)

5– Mr. Mohamed Lamine Bangoura, (Public Law professors and Universities)

6– Dr. Alia Diaby (Independent Institution for Human Rights)

7– Master Amadou Tidiane Kaba (Independent Institution for Human
Rights)
