Gabon: Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo renew to the President of the Constitutional Court

President of the Constitutional Court, Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo was renewed Tuesday, September 12, 2012 at his post by presidential decree.

The renewal comes after a renewal of two third of the members the country’s highest institution responsible for ensuring compliance with the constitution. Afrikita Angodjo and Claudine Menvoula are among other new personalities that integrate institution

The Constitutional Court consists of nine members appointed by the President of the Republic, the Presidents of the National Assembly and the Senate.

Be noted that Mrs. Mborantsuo is at the head of Court since 1991
