Cooperation between Algeria and Benin constitutional courts to review
ALGIERS- President of the Constitutional Council, Mourad Medelci reviewed Wednesday in Algiers with the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Benin and President of the Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of Africa (CCJA) Téodore HOLO cooperative relations between the two institutions, said a statement of the board.
Widen the delegations of the two countries, the talks focused on “relations of cooperation and exchange between the constitutional courts of the two countries linked by a common agreement signed in Algiers in January 2011.”
In addition, the two sides reviewed the “issues relating to the organization of Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of Africa (CCJA) , permanently based in Algiers.”
