Constitutional Tribunal of Equatorial Guinea: Appointment of a new President.
On August 24, 2018, the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea presided over the swearing-in ceremony of the new President of the Constitutional Tribunal, appointed on the proposal of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary. This is Mr. Fermín Nguema Esono
Aged 58, he has a law degree and a lawyer. In 1994, he fled the Equatorial Guinean dictatorship with his family in Aragon, Spain.
