Constitutional Tribunal of Angola : Installation of three new councilors judges
The President of the Republic of Angola, José Eduardo dos Santos, has invested Thursday, March 3, 2016, in Luanda, the three new judges of the Constitutional Court advisors.
It is :
– Simão Victor de Sousa,
– Carlos Magalhães
– Guilhermina da Costa Prata Contreiras
The Constitutional Court is composed of eleven judges appointed from among the councilors
lawyers and judges.
The judges of the Constitutional Court are appointed for a term of
seven non-renewable term, and enjoy the guarantees of independence,
tenure, and impartiality.
