Omar Belhadj, President of the new Constitutional Court of Algeria
The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, appointed on November 17, 2021, Omar Belhadj as head of the new Constitutional Court. Omar Belhadj had previously practiced the profession of lawyer and had been a member of the Council of the Nation (Senate) as the presidential third.
