The dates of the 6th Congress of the CJCA, fixed
Postponed several times due to the health situation related to COVID 19 and in view of the closure of borders as well as the suspension of international flights, the 6th Congress of the CJCA will be held, ultimately, on 12, 13 and 14 September 2022 in the cities of Rabat and Fez in Morocco, on the theme “Constitutional courts and international law”
As a reminder, the CJCA holds a Congress every two years. Thus, since its creation, five (5) Congresses have taken place respectively in: Algiers, Algeria (2011), Cotonou, Benin (2013), Libreville, Gabon (2015), Cape Town, South Africa (2017) and Luanda, Angola (2019).
