Partial renewal at the Constitutional Court of Morocco
King Mohammed VI received this Wednesday, March 11, 2020, the four new members appointed to the Constitutional Court, It is about:
• Latifa El Khal and El Houssain Abouchi, members appointed by King Mohammed VI
• Mohamed Alami, member elected by the House of Representatives
• Khalid Berjaoui, member elected by the House of Councilors.
The four new members were sworn in before the Sovereign, in accordance with the provisions of the organic law of the Constitutional Court. They will begin to exercise their functions from 4 April 2020, the date of the end of the mandate of one third of the members of the Court.
This hearing took place in the presence of the President of the Constitutional Court, Said Ihrai.
