Re-election of the President of the Constitutional Court of DR Congo
Benoît Lwamba Bintu was re-elected, on July 12, 2018, as President of the Constitutional Court. He won this election by 7 votes to 2 and begins his last term of three years.
Recall that every three years, the constitutional court of the DRC renews its members including those of the executive board.
The president, in accordance with the constitution, is elected for a three-year term, renewable once.
