Biography of Mrs DANIOKO Manassa
new President:
Magistrate exceptional class and body Dean, Ms. Manassa Danioko was born
January 19, 1945 in Kadiolo. After primary school in his hometown
(1952-1958), it is oriented to high school Terrasson Ferns, where she
spent her baccalaureate in 1966.
She then enrolled in the National School of Administration (1966-1970)
to come out with an LLM. After graduation, Ms. Manassa Danioko performs
several internships in courts in France and the Court of Appeal, the
High Court and the Court of children Paris
Ms. Manassa Danioko a 25-year career in the judiciary in various
positions: judge of the court of first instance of Ségou (1970-1971),
deputy public prosecutor at the court of first instance of Segou, Kayes
and Sikasso between 1972 and 1978, Advocate General at the Court of
Appeal of Bamako (1979-1981). Ms. Manassa Danioko became advisor to the
Special Court of State Security (1983-1988), president of the first
instance court in Bamako (1985-1988). It was suspended and then removed
from the body following an interim order in 1988.
Three years later, she took office at the DNAJ following a judgment of
the Supreme Court annulling the decree of radiation. From 1991 to 1995,
Ms. Manassa Danioko was Attorney General at the Bamako Court of Appeal
but the audience certainly will remember it was Attorney General at the
trial of former officials, said the sensational trial of blood crimes.
Prosecutor at the Supreme Court of Mali in 1995, she served two terms in
the Higher Council of the Judiciary (1979-1988). She is the author of
the technical note on the status of the judiciary at the request of the
President of the Republic, President of the Higher Judicial Council.
Ms. Manassa Danioko was 1995 and 2002 Ambassador of Mali to the
following countries with residence in Ottawa (Canada): Canada, Cuba,
Mexico, Nicaragua and Venezuela. She initiated the ten-year program of
development of justice and founder of the circle Affairs Canada-Mali.
Ms. Manassa Danioko is Knight of the National Order of Mali.
