The Transition Constitutional Court of the Central African Republic is implemented Bangui

 

Under these provisions, the Constitutional Court of transition is composed of nine (9) members, including at least four ( 4) women, appointed as follows: Two (2) judges , including a woman , two ( 2) lawyers, including a woman , two ( 2) teachers and researchers free a woman . The other three members are appointed by the head of state of transition, the transitional prime minister and President of the National Recommend transition .

 

It should be noted that the Constitutional Court of transition is responsible inter alia to assess the constitutionality of organic and ordinary laws , know of electoral disputes , to ensure the regularity of elections , review and announce the results .

 

It is also called to receive the oath of the head of state transition and that of the President of the Republic elected democratically .

 

The individuals whose names follow are appointed as members of the Constitutional Court of transition :
