Visit of the Sudanese Ambassador to Algeria, to the CJCA seat
H.E. the Sudanese Ambassador to Algeria paid a courtesy visit to the CJCA Headquarters on February 28, 2021.
Explanations were given to him on the functioning of the General Secretariat and the holding of the headquarters, on the objectives of the CJCA, its organs as well as its sources of funding.
This is the place to remember that, since the signing of the “Headquarters agreement” on April 16, 2016, the headquarters of the CJCA enjoys diplomatic status, like other diplomatic representations accredited to Algiers.
As a reminder, the Constitutional Court of Sudan is a founding member of the CJCA.
