Seven countries announce membership in CCJA
On the occasion of the 4th Congress of the CCJA held in Cape Town – South Africa, from 23 to 26 April 2017, seven (7) jurisdictions formalized their membership in the CCJA, bringing the number of member jurisdictions to 42, these are:
– The Supreme Court of Botswana
– The Supreme Court of Kenya
– The Supreme Court of Seychelles
– The Supreme Court of Swaziland
– The Constitutional Court of Zambia
– The Supreme Court of Zimbabwe
– The Constitutional Court of Equatorial Guinea.
