Renewal of Mrs. Mborantsuo, at the head of the Constitutional Court of Gabon
In a copy of the Official Gazette, dated September 3, 2019, on the appointment of the Constitutional Court, the appointment of the nine members of the Constitutional Court and confirmation at the head of the latter by Marie-Madeleine Mborantsuo is reported. .
In light of this document, Marie Madeleine Mborantsuo remains President of the Constitutional Court, an institution she has headed since its creation in 1991, that is for 28 years.

On the proposal of the President of the Republic, it is Hervé Moutsinga, and Afriquita Dolores Agondjo Benyena.
On the proposal of the Parliament, the National Assembly obtains as members, Louise Angue and Momboua, when the Senate is represented by Christian Bignoumba Fernandes.
Finally, on the proposal of the Superior Council of Magistracy, the following magistrates were appointed: Jacques Lebama, Edouard Ogandaga, former first president of the Libreville Court of Appeal, and Lucie Akalane, recently member of the High Authority for Communication (HAC) ) of which she was spokeswoman.
The Constitutional Court of Gabon is a founding and active member of the CJCA, it has already hosted the third Congress of the CJCA in April 2015.
As a reminder, Mrs. Marie-Madeleine Mborantsuo, presided the CJCA during the period 2015 – 2017.
