Postponement of the holding of the 6th Congress of the CJCA
The members of the Executive Bureau of the CJCA, meeting in Luanda on February 10, decided to reschedule the holding of the 6th Congress in November 2022.
This postponement aims to allow the African constitutional courts to devote themselves to the electoral meetings planned in their country, which will allow them to participate massively in this event.
It should be recalled that the theme chosen for this Congress is: “African Constitutional Courts and International Law”.
The exact date of the Congress will be decided by mutual agreement between the host country, in this case, Morocco and the General Secretariat of the CJCA.
