President Abdelmadjid Tebboune signed presidential decrees constituting a component of the Constitutional Court,

1-Appointed under the President of the Republic:
-Mr Omar Belhadj, president
– Ms. Leïla Aslaoui, member
-Mr Bahri Saadallah, member
-Mr Mesbah Menas, member
2- Elected under judicial power:
-Mr Djilali Miloudi, member (Supreme Court)
-Mr Amal Eddine Boulenouar, member (Council of State)
3- Elected as professors of Constitutional Law at the national level:
– Ms. Fatiha Benabbou, member
-Mr Abdelouaheb Khrif, member
